What can you do to prevent Fire?

Annual review of electrical wiring, gas lines, appliances, smoke detectors is a  must.

review your insurance policy with your insurance agent to make sure you have adequate coverage for the building, upgraded flooring, kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathrooms , your furniture and other personal property. 

Do you need extra coverage for specialty items like artwork, antiques, firearms, jewelry? These items need to be removed from the building before any cleanup work begins. It is better to have a plan of action ready. Prevention of fire is a must, because when it happens decision making is not so easy.
